  : Carpet stains throughout/excessive.Used paper towel on floor. Cobwebs on curtains, kitchen vent, lamps. Broken TP holder, missing drawer pulls, broken/wobbly chair, large stain on bench cushion at entry. Black mold/grime around kitchen faucet. Shower door missing/broken so cheap shower curtain quickly put up.No A/CWifi does not work!Old dated furniture w/ stains. No deadbolts on any outside doors.Generally neglected maintenance, not cleaned before we arrived. Reading guestbook - we arent the first to have to clean house ourselves when arrived.NOT What you expect for the Sunriver Resort. We left after one night. Only stayed in house because we arrived at night, and didnt have any option.PS- pictures in Ad are several years old.I think previous reviews were brief because people likely didnt want to disparage. We just had a horrible experience due to lack of pride in ownership and care by cleaning staff.We LOVE Sunriver, and have come at least twice a year for decades. This is the worst experience with a property we have ever had. VACASA Staff were nice, but appeared to not be able to offer any change of venue, recompense.
