: The location was excellent. Even in the crazy roads of Sunriver it was easy to follow Abbot Circle all the way there. The facilities comfortable accommodated 10 adults and a small dog. Spacious, excellent kitchen, great public space.
: I think someone needs to revisit the amenities. For instance: We were a group of 10 adults, yet there were only 7 dinner forks and 8 bowls. There were exactly 10 sets of towels, but not in bathrooms associated with bedrooms. There was no cleaning supplies.

: This house was perfect for multiple families! Five rooms all with adult beds, SO nice! Great location, super quiet neighborhood, house was full of everything we needed (dishes, shampoos, towels, even fun things like puzzles and games). Definitely recommend!
: ONLY bummer was this house had no internet. At all. The name of the network wasn't even available on any devices. Which meant we also couldn't use the tv. We contacted the property and tried resetting the router, but it never worked.

: The home was comfortable, clean and ready when we arrived. Our reservation was 12/23-27, regardless of how many times we received written communication about 12/24 check in. Something about booking.com and vacasa not syncing properly.
: The wifi barely worked. In this era of work from home, work from anywhere, this home was not up to 2020 standards. The TVs were too old to update - we ended up buying a new TV in Bend for the living room, and then using our wifi card to stream so we could watch all the college bowl games and christmas movies that are family traditions. But this left us without wifi for the month of January. I should have paid more attention to the reviews as I now see a common complaint was about the lack of technology available at this otherwise lovely property.
