  : The time spent with my son that graduated in May, this was his graduation gift to visit Lake of the Ozarks
  : When we arrived there was a car parked in the side driveway so it was difficult to back our boat trailer in, contacted seller and asked if the car would be parked there the whole time and was told it would be leaving soon(it left the night before we left). The yard has not been mowed all year which allowed for tics (that we are still removing from ourselves). There were leaves still on the patio from winter. The wood that was there to burn was wet and would not burn. The house smelt moldy, I went and bought replacement air wick burners. The property is angled towards the backyard of another house that is maybe 75ft away (not really any privacy) which the house beside this one had about 20 people there that celebrated until around 2AM, with vehicles coming in and out the whole time.
