  : I was told that I was in a particular unit. I went to get the keys from the unit and someone was checked into it. I was not booked into the room I reserved. I was also told in the booking that there was access to amenities and this particular unit did not offer amenity access.
  : Booked into a different room than what I reserved. The neighbor smoked on the shared entry way and there were cigarette butts left burning that you could smell inside the unit.
