Poor
Traveller Type: group
: We had 6 rooms booked for a family reunion The location was great and the rooms were adequate and fairly clean
: The managing staff in the office were abrupt and rude. Not very accommodating when out of town guests arrived a few hours early even though the rooms were ready.Breakfast was the same packages of bagels for six days, the milk and butter were not on ice or refrigerated and curtled my tea. Since no one was at the desk, I left the bad tea on the counter so management could see and the staff ran out to me wwith the cup in hand reprimanding me. Since I have been in the Hospitality business, I reminded her that the breakfast display would not pass health inspections.

Very Poor

: Tried checking in early, had to call a number and some Asian lady picked up and said no rooms ready. And no check in til 4. There was no one in parking lot. Don't waste your time with this place
