: Nothing. Not a single thing was good about this place.
: My family made a booking on Booking.com at Quality Suites Stratford for a queen suite room with two queen beds and a sofa-bed. My wife and I have four young kids, and this is the kind of room we always stay in when traveling. Even though we listed all of our children on Booking.com, Quality Suites Stratford turned us a way because this particular hotel has a policy against letting six people stay in any one room (even if some of those people are very small children). Again, this is the kind of room my family and I always stay in. After traveling for 14 hours, making a non-refundable booking on Booking.com, and arriving completely exhausted and only a bit before midnight, they turned my family away. They had no other additional rooms that we could reserve, so they simply turned us away. My youngest child actually fell asleep in the lobby while I pleaded with hotel staff to honor our reservation. Adding insult to injury, the hotel reeked of marijuana and had some interesting clientele milling about in the lobby. A middle-aged woman with minimal clothing was even actively huffing some gas from a balloon (not helium!) in the lobby in front of the staff (and our kids). Of course, the staff didn't do anything to ask these people to leave or at least stop doing drugs in the lobby. Doing drugs in the lobby apparently isn't a "safety concern" for this hotel, but letting a family of six with small children stay in a room with two queen beds and fold-out sofa-bed apparently is. Truly a nightmare situation. Please (PLEASE) do not stay at this hotel. There is no guarantee that they will honor their reservations.

: The location to my event the next day. Room was clean, nice bathroom.
: It’s so close to the freeway, it was hard to sleep. The traffic was so loud. The guy at the front desk was also not that friendly. He was the only staff I interacted with.
