Remote Cabin with Fire Pit 3 Miles to Stowe Mtn!

  : How cozy the house is. Wood burning stove was excellent. Sitting area down by the river was relaxing. Well stocked for cooking supplies.
  : Details were overlooked. Had to clean all dishes and silverware before using. Fridge was not cleaned (had spills in it). Plumbing had issues with flow for bathroom &kitchen and hot/cold was swapped in the stand-in shower. Caulking in shower cracked. Instructions need to be updated. They had incorrect or missing info under parking, wifi, and checkout. Placement of tv is very strange. Not sure why it's located in the kitchen facing the bathroom. Uncomfortable to watch from couches.

  : We loved the fact that although it was remote, we were close enough to Stowe to have lots of things to do. Wood burning stove was nice.
  : Had an issue getting in. Caretaker did not answer her phone. Returned our call the next day at noon. Was not pleasant to deal with. Plates and pots/pans were disgusting(bought paper plates, aluminum trays). House was dusty and dirty. No wood provided
