  : Reception not open on arrival. Key left in envelope on door.Note said Reception would open at 8am for breakfast. Didn’t open and I left at 8:30 without ever meeting any staff.

  : When on sight manager appeared, she was helpful, but could not do much to help because property should be closed for renovations.
  : No one was in the office when we arrived. Room was difficult to find and on second floor. No elevator. We had tons of luggage . No internet. No breakfast. Room smelled mildewy. Fireplace didn't work.

  : No tea or coffee in our room on arrival and no one at reception. Very disappointing welcome, especially at 4pm. Carpet filthy. Extraction fan noisy.

  : The outdoor pool was broken and unavailable. The inside pool was working, but the pool liner was held up by electrical tape. The online pictures paint a very different picture than the reality. Drab and tired.

  : I like the location because it was close to the lacrosse tournament and the water temp was good.
  : Everything! It was dirty, smelly, old, no pool, it appears like owner isn't maintaining the place at all, no creamer for coffee, outlets in wall were to loose to hold charger cable, lighting was bad, tv was very small, pillows and beds where old, AC didn't function and spiders and bugs in the room. Tennis court was not maintained, ownership sent email out day before using the excuse that the facilities were under construction and that was why the pool was out and etc... there were no signs of construction anywhere. the place was a total crap hole in my opinion. We only stayed cause we made our reservations 6 months earlier for this tournament and there was no other place available. The shower head leaked water and made an extremely load squeeling nose.

  : The motel was not open when we arrived! The posted telephone numbers were not answered. We were a thousand miles from home with no motel room.
  : No one to call or notify that the property was abandoned. Plus our credit card was charged for a room in a closed motel. We are very disappointed. Please give us a phone number to someone who speaks English!The Murphys

  : there were bananas and oranges, coffee and granola.
  : the pool was dirty and covered with muck on July 5th??!! The room rug looked like it had not been vacumed.

  : Good coffee. Overall the breakfast was ok. The location was convenient and near to the attractions that we were interested in.The woman handling breakfast and the desk was very nice and she generously extended our check out time to match the timing of the wedding that we were attending.
  : We entered to a dirty exterior stairway (leaves , bugs and cobwebs). Our room hadn't been used for a while and we encountered a dirty bathroom. The guy at the desk cleaned it for us. However, he made excuses instead of apologizing and doing something nice for us to off-set an unpleasant start. The swimming pool was out of commission. The tennis court obviously fell into disrepair years ago. And the decor of our room was very dated.
