  : Steps to the Gulf from your back door. Very nice outdoor common space.
  : Space is very small and kitchen is sparsely supplied. Bring your own cups and silverware.

  : Location was very nice. Communication was overall pretty good but way too many emails. More than 10 emails for a 3-night stay. The kitchen was quite clean and ok for 2 ppl only. Very cute refrigerator. AC worked well.
  : For the price we paid, the place needs to be fixed up. 2 Broken windows are a huge liability and a demonstration that the owners dont care. Outside patio door was so disgustingly dirty. Rusty furniture on patio. Rusted out coffee pot. Had to control bedroom lamp by plugging and unplugging - no switch on it. The bathroom was tiny - sink was in the shower. Didnt like not having a couple plastic chairs to take to the beach. WiFi was useless since it was so weak, our phones couldnt connect to anything - had to use data for entire stay.
