  : Breakfast was ok but not many options and not much food available, 3 mornings and most food was empty.
  : Staff were mean to my kids about pool time opening, other kids were in pool before posted time but the second my kids asked they told them it's only for other people before 10...... Pool needs to be available earlier for ALL not just some. We all paid the same price, baseball players aren't better than than my children....

  : My sister and I booked a total of 3 rooms as we were traveling for a funeral with our 82 year old mother. As our mother is elderly and I myself cannot climb stairs or walk very far we asked to be placed on the ground floor if there was not any elevators and as close to each other as possible. We were placed on the second and third floors and nowhere near each other. The desk clerk was very rude and treated us like we were an inconvenience. She told us they don't do those type of requests especially when we had prebooked and paid thru a booking site and we could always go to a different motel. The phone in our rooms were not even connected and we connected it ourselves there was no phone service. If this is the type of service you get when using booking.com we will not be using your service in the future and we will definitely not be staying at this motel again. The gentleman who walked in off the street without a reservation received better service than we did and was given a room on the first floor. The desk clerk went out of her way to get him discounts on his room and the best deal possible according to her. Needless to say it made an already sad situation a miserable stay..

  : The pool was decent. Rooms were clean and adequate
  : Lady checking us in wasn’t very friendly. They didn’t accommodate our requests at all!!! I requested the two rooms i reserved weeks in advance to be close together and we weren’t even on same floor. Thank God my sister stayed with my elderly Mother because her room phone didn’t work at all, wasn’t even for that room!!! Asked for a ground floor room so my Mother didn’t have to do stairs and they put her on the second floor. The lady at the desk said we couldn’t move rooms because they were completely booked up for the night but then booked a walk in customer on the ground floor while i was standing there!!
