  : The only positive thing about this hotel is the manager that handled my complaints upon checkout was professional and empathetic. I believe he will attempt to address the concerns. He listened intently and wrote down our concerns.
  : Highly disappointed. I stayed there before it was bought by Wyndham & had no problems. Rooms were not clean, sheets & couch were stained. Phone didn't work. Outlets were sketchy. Lobby was freezing. Floors unvacuumed. No breakfast bar as advertised. More.

  : Worst hotel experience EVER! check in took 3 hours for me to get a room. Front desk staff is unprofessional and incompetent. only had 1 housekeeper working. no washcloths and towels, no hot water, pool closed, 1 working elevators

  : The room is spacious, little fridge and bar sink. Nice seating area. The staff was courteous and nice. But the morning front desk person that was training new staff was beyond great.
  : No wash clothes/hand towels. Didn't realize until i was going to shower. They were being washed that morning. SMH. The bathroom flooded with dingy smelly water from the ceiling. We were told at check out that the room was down for maintenance.

  : The lobby area was very cold and had a horrendous odor, the outdoor sign wasn't lit up which made the hotel difficult to find at night and the restaurant was not prepared at all
