  : Easy walk to the beach. Loved the fireworks show off the pier. Appreciated the quick response from office staff. The grounds always looked nice. All the staff were professional, caring and efficient.
  : Turned off dehumidifier because it heated up the bedroom. No sponge in kitchen to clean. No dishwasher soap to clean all dishes at end of stay so I ran a load with hot water only. No shampoo or bath soap. No hangers. Shower was updated but toilet rocked, was crooked and very old and close to the ground. Kitchen light lens was missing. Fridge shelf had fish water in the bottom from previous occupants. Coffee pot switch quit working after the first day. Kitchen faucet is loose. The pool was outside our room but was covered up with so many adults and kids, we didn't feel safe getting into the water. Essentially, for the price they charged us for a three day stay, they can afford to supply some essentials. On the whole, this condo is very old and tired and in desperate need of a refurb.
