  : I enjoyed the view of the condo and how it was a bit hidden away from everything else. The master bedroom was big and the temperature of the hotel was perfect every time we came in!
  : I didn’t like the fact that we had to drive elsewhere to pick up our keys. Gulfview I doesn’t have that option. The service desk explained the towel exchange and once we got to the hotel, there were no towels! So that was one additional trip we had to take. I also did not like that there’s only one parking permit per room. I came with my spouse in one car, my parents in another. I wouldn’t even mind paying extra, but the parking permit limit was another issue for me.

  : My Husband and I are from the Valley but we have been away for almost 5 yrs and we just wanted to spend sometime with (Family) my sister and my niece and nephew. when we arrived the room smelled like smoke but I was a little confused because at the check in office they stated that it was a non smoking condo. alright no biggie we can spray some Febreze.As we went to bed my husband and I got the king size room and there is was cigarette buds next to and under the furniture. my sister and her kids took the 2nd bedroom and more cigarette buds by the sliding glass doors of the closet. my sister and her kids left during the middle of the night because they grabbed a blanket from the closet and behold there was a dirty sanitary napkin stuck on to the blanket. our concern is that a cleaning fee is charged at check out and yet the room was not cleaned nor Sanitized. I understand my sister why she left at the middle of the night and wanting to keep her kids away from germs or any spread of virus. I expected more from this rental property, with losing a brother to COVID-19 and staying in a place that was not cleaned not even to motel6 standards is a shame.

  : Too expensive for being so outdated! Tub was filthy when we arrived! I asked to be switched to a different room and they could not do that. The shower made a horrible loud noise every 2-3 minutes. Sheets smelled like they had not been washed.
