  : Good positive details;I have a ceiling I have electricity I have waterThe bed is comfortable enough.The guy at the reception was great. He did everything he could to get me a good room. He even said he’d cancel someone reservation to get me a room. I have a working AC in the rooms. the shower has too much pressure. lol
  : Cockroach in bathroom in the morning.The toilet sprays you a little when you flush it.A clothe was kept in the sink.The door only locks with a thumb turn . The second latch didn’t work.I had people talking outside of my door all night.The first room I was shown the shower didn’t drain. 2nd room smelled bad.3rd room was better but smelled like cigarettes. I took it because it was the better of all choice after midnight.I was ask if I wanted to buy some drugs while being escorted to my room.They didn’t have a key for me. So when I want to go back in… I have to walk to the reception. You feel unsafe when walking around the property to your room. Wish I had a taser for security.And I thought some parts of San Francisco or Venice was sketchy and rough. This was worst.This idiot was turning his Harley and making noice at 6am.Some bedsheet had holes in them. No stains that I could see. The new owners are from India and aren’t taking care of the property and letting it run itself to the ground. The smell of the cigarettes is getting to my nose. 2 more hours to go till I check out.Missing smoke detectors Missing fan and fab cover in washroom Towel bar missingNo glass at the sink.No Kleenex

  : It was so dirty. There was stains in the beddings, holes in the walls, the room smelled of cigarettes, and there was obvious drug activity outside at all hours.

  : Didnt stay there and had to find a different hotel due to people breaking in and when i got there cops were there.

  : It was completely dirty and the room had broken walls. Also a lot of homeless people around the property

  : The second desk agent I worked with on the overnight shift was able to fix my reservation after the first agent said my prepaid reservation required a cash payment, even though the system showed a $0 balance on my reservation, and apparently the day agent had checked me in AND out without giving me access to my room nor explaining that to me.
  : I didn't like that I found drug paraphernalia in my first room, but the overnight desk agent was great about switching my room when I asked.

  : The only thing positive is that they gave us a refund when we said we were not willing to stay there.
  : They weren't able to show us a single room that didn't stink of cigarette smoke. Also, we saw several instances of drug trafficking on the motel premises.

  : The location was shady and there were homeless people and drug addicts loitering on the property. The deadbolt on the door was broken as well.
