  : everything was great, location etc.
  : having to pay for cleaning services, and linens. there were no accommodations for earlyArrivals, or late departures. even when requested at least 2 weeks in advance.at 10,000$$$$$ for 9 nights there should be better accommodations.we had no other way to get to Aspen Pitkin airport with the one flight a day from Florida.the times are apparently inconvenient for property management. it was much better with out I trip through Booking. com. we have been staying at Shadowbrook for many many yearsnever had to pay for cleaning services, or linens.
