  : Have the people who work there know the area. We asked for a place for breakfast and she directed us to a place 20 min away, all the while the BBQ place across the street serves breakfast. Workers should know the area better.

  : It was supposed to have a an indoor pool..
  : I called they said pool was open, when I arrived pool and got closed entire time.. they advertised coffee pot in rooms.. very rude staff told me I didn’t have that kind of room.. But I asked manager and maintenance next day, I did have that room and it’s on their website for the economy room anyway.. so I paid for things they advertised and didn’t get.. false advertising and bait and switch, I was told for an up charge I could go to their other hotel that had outside pool.. :( . The only thing great was 2 maintenance men Mark and David that was extremely helpful and kind..

  : Little to no hot water & the A/C in room wasn’t working well. We checked out a day early because of lack of hot water and was not offered a refund on the day.
