  : The area was nice. The views were very nice. It was quiet. It was convenient to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge
  : The pull out bed in the couch was dirty. They gave replacement bedding but they did not fit. The fire place needed maintenance and it took over 3 hours. The fire pit that was supposed to be outside was nonexistent. The well water smelled so bad. The bear resistant trash cans were nonexistent which caused us to drive 20 minutes away to throw our trash out. The beds were labeled as queen sized but were full sized. The beds were very uncomfortable. The only downstairs bathroom was in the main bedroom and the washer and dryer were in the main bedroom.

  : Driveway is a nightmare. In great need of repair. Multiple small repairs needed inside of cabin. A couple of them potentially dangerous to small children.

  : The privacy
  : First I needed assistance in locating cabin. I called 4-5 times and was not directed to the cabin. Every one that rents this cabin should be informed that THERE ARE TWO OLD BIRD CREEK ROADS on each side on Pittman CENTER!!!!!!!!! We had to call home and have family member help locate the cabin!!! CRAZY!! The steps are dangerous inside. I fell down them, in the turn!! The water was intolerable! That was for using bathroom showers and hot tub. We expected to use hot tub but the stench was horrible. In addition yellow jackets were flying while we were on the balcony..I also fell down steps from the turn to the floor. Games did not work.

  : The office manager Kristy Hirt, at the Pigeon Forge Office is exceptional. We would recommend her and without a doubt would book our next vacation to Tennessee with this office just because of her!
