  : The house was located close to the event we were in town for and a few minutes walk to the beach and the downtown. The house was well decorated and comfortable. The house itself was clean. There were plenty of towels and supplies.
  : The wall of blinds to the back yard and the blinds in one of the upstairs bedrooms were broken and would not close, which did not give us privacy at night. The water in the hot tub had not been cleaned and was dirty looking, smelly, and had stuff floating in it.

  : Location is good you don’t have to drive anywhere. The downstairs is nice and ready to entertain. Along with the hot tub and fire place

  : It was a very nice house, with all the amenities listed. The appliances and the kitchen were of great help during our stay. The hot tub was working great and definitely a plus for us. Everyone liked the décor very much.
  : The proximity to the beach was not at all as close as shown in the description. We felt misled as the advertisement showed a short path to the beach and it was several blocks away in reality. I think it needs to be clearer where it is in relation to the beach. Also, all the bedrooms being upstairs made the less physically able in our party unable to access them.
