  : The location and the price. But the person who checked us in was very friendly and polite.
  : The person who was working the night shift was trying his best but he just seemed like he is not good under pressure. When we asked for pool towels he said he would get the maintenance on it but I had to go back and ask twice after the 1st time. And when I asked for one more towel for the room because we had 5 of us in our room and was shot one towel he said we have those in the front. So I proceeded to go to the lobby and when I got there he said we don’t have those down here and said he would have maintenance bring them up. And when I told him what he said on the phone he said let me check and found some. But he did try I just don’t know if it’s his 1st week on the job or if he was new.

  : Location was fairly good. Breakfast was ok.
  : Had to wait over an hour to check in as the hotel had a computer problem. Not what you need after travelling 30hrs, I had a voucher but they couldn't give us a room without the computer giving them access. We were staying for more than one night, but they said they couldn't sort it out the next day even though it was 9pm.
