: It was a nice secluded location but not far at all from Helen. The property was in very good condition. We loved the fire pit and the hot tub. Everything was up to date and very tidy. It had everything we needed for a weekend stay.
: It was fairly expensive but what isn’t these days. The roll out beds were very small and one was only partially functional but they served their purpose. The view could be amazing if there was a weekend worth of landscaping done but the privacy was nice.

: The country drive in and out of town, quiet and pretty. Nice location to get to trails and Helen. Plenty of towels. Local team was responsive when we were there (but failed in 2 of 3 promises). Fire pit was available. They accepted pets.
: Hot tub dirty, low on water and chemicals with pump and hose on steps upon arrival, did not work whole visit (so hot tub after hiking and stuff all day was out), pool table sticks had no tips (other sticks provided later),dirty silverware in drawer, floors were very dirty/ sticky (socks black in less than hour) on arrival, hair on pillows/bed linen when we turned down .. about 8 young trees blocking the porch view (would be easy fix but reading on porch while looking at mountains was out). Was to be credited cleaning fee, at least, but no follow through and no communication back after departure. For what we paid, we could have gone high end B&B or spa/resort. Another cabin 50 feet away so not even isolated in forest. My first attempt at cabin rental, so I will know more next time. Live n learn. This one has decent bones but since it seems to be a utility rental, it needs some love (secure view, maintain amenities, and ongoing commitment to cleaning). Even found nicer options further down road on same little mountain.
