The Lily Pad

Very Good
Traveller Type: Business Traveler
: You can look out of the balcony and see the Gulf. The location was close to shops and dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything. It was nice to have beach equipment with a wagon at the house to use.
: There was some damage to the house that could easily be fixed. It would have been nice to know that there were that many steps in the house because some in our group don't do stairs very well.

Pleasant

: The location and beach access were great, especially with small children. The views were pretty good, too.
: The home needs some attention. It wasnt very clean when we arrived. We expected to see some dog hair because it was pet friendly, but there was quite a bit on the living room furniture. There was tape left on the ceiling fan from party decorations. The metal tracks for the bathroom closets were all rusted. The kitchen was not well stocked. There were no pot holders (be sure to bring those) and also the pots/pans werent very clean. The fitted sheets were too small for the king beds and kept coming off. One of the bar stools was broken. Also, be prepared for the steps. There were 51 to get to the top floor master bedroom. It wasnt terrible, but it also wasnt the best place we have stayed in terms of cleanliness and accessibility.
