  : Comfortable beds. Nicer part of town.
  : The building no an are confusing and I was offer no map and very little explanation of where to park. It took me 20 minutes to find my room.The staff was not be try helpful about it.The pool was closed. The hallways smelled like mildew. The bathroom was very small, you can even close the door if you are sitting on the toilet.

  : The room description mentioned having two beds. The room only had one. There was a bat in the outside of the front entryway. The tiles on the balcony were loose and unstable and a danger.

  : We love the building, staff, location. But the A/C cover fell off in the middle of the night, the sink was clogged, no room cleaning or coffee restock for 3 days. And most importantly as it was very hot in Santa Fe: we called and specifically asked if there was a POOL. The Hotel person ( we called direct to the desk before booking) said the POOL would be open July 6. We were there July 11-14 so it seemed perfect. We get to The Lodge, NO POOL. We had to go to the Municipal Pool 2 miles away.How about a partial refund?? We would come back to the Lodge and tell friends, post Positive on Social media, etc. We do think the Lodge can be a fun and special experience. But you should definitely address these issues.   : The night clerk was very rude. The coffee makes was broken. I was promised twice that housekeeping would replace it but it did not happen

  : They the fan and light in the bathroom were on the same switch. Fan was very loud! The coffee pot in the room did not work and the coffee in the lobby was cold.

  : Hotel is really old and run down and needs a LOT of maintenance and updating. At least the price reflects the poor condition.

  : It was great for the price. The location is perfect with a great view. It's located away from the action but close enough to be an easy drive. The room was clean and beds were comfy. It's also pet friendly!
  : The only thing I feel like the room was missing is a mini fridge. Otherwise, it was fine!
