  : Location is only a few minutes walk to the beautiful beach. Lanai makes the property very open. Kitchen was well stocked. All the extras we could ask for were available.
  : Only had one dishwasher pod for 3 days. Had to hand wash dishes a few times - would prefer to have them sanitized in the dishwasher for next guest... Elevator had an odd “hiccup”.

  : the view and proximity to beach bed was ok there’s a bump in middle not great but comfy enough
  : the key to get in unit needs to be fixed it was always a few minutes trying to get into unit and the ac issue interruption which seems to have been something they new about prior to our arrival and didn’t get addressed until we had been there for 5 days already and it took up half our day rental agent offered to have one of their staff members stay while they were fixing but i was uncomfortable leaving people i didn’t know in unit with my belongings. i would have preferred a phone call instead of an email because i tend to not check emails while on vacation it was just a coincidence that i checked it on wednesday and noticed the ac tech was coming out thursday

  : Although the property was described as recently up dated, bathroom was circa 1990 as were kitchen appliances. Ice maker non functional. Sofas were worn. Mattress must have been old and worn judging by peaks and valleys. Booked for three night stay and reluctantly stayed one night. Since these issues were clearly not ones that could be rectified during a short stay did not request agency to address during one night stay. I do not believe that our expectations were unreasonable since we often stay in short term vacation rentals in other locations.

  : This condo has excellent views of the Gulf across the courtyard. The condo is clean, comfortable and spacious. The fully-equipped kitchen was great for preparing meals. The lanai is equipped with comfortable furniture and two ceiling fans to keep you cool. Great to sit on the screened lanai and listen to the waves without being bothered by bugs. The resort is relaxing with a nice pool for resort guests and a private beach with soft powdery white sand. As the beach is private, it isn't crowded like the public beaches.
  : The bed was a little lumpy. The mattress should be replaced.
