  : - Lita at the reception is one of the worst human being I have ever met and she is a big liar. She kept on lying when I requested a paid upgrade and she was extremely rude even she gets ruder when I confronted her with some rooms availability in booking.com.- The bed is extremely extremely small.- Hotel cares about money money money. Zero customer service.- Place smells like a barn all the time.- Place is very old and outdated.- no AC, no heater, no cafe, no lounge, no room service, no sound insulation, very slow internet..- Extremely small bathroom. - They refused to turn the old fashion central heating on and they kept on lying about heating schedule. In reality they never switched it on and they just want to save gas money. I have attached the rude conversation that I received from Lita the receptionist and a demo on how small the bed is.
