  : The unit wasn’t cleaned to our expectations. I texted the number that was provided & informed them that the floors were completely sticky & our shoes would stick to them. You can tell all appliances weren’t throughly cleaned as they should be. The walls had dirt & different marks all over. I wish we would have known that this place isn’t just a hotel & it has long term tenants living there as well. The unit above us was a long term tenant & they had absolutely no common courtesy. I had made over 3 noise complaints. The first night we got there was Friday, from 10 pm to almost 11 pm the unit above us was hammering things, moving what I could only assume was furniture & all you heard was scrapping across the floor. I made a complaint. The following morning was Saturday & we were all woken up from our sleep at 7:30 in the morning because once again the unit above us was hammering things & making tons of noise. It was very inconsiderate, we had a really long day & the fact that we were woken up so early in the morning was very upsetting. I called again & made a complaint. I have a one year old child & I made sure to be respectful of others & make sure he isn’t crying his head off or being too loud, we would’ve appreciated the same respect back. All management did was send us noise machine & ear plugs like that would make a difference instead of making sure their tenant stopped. They offered to change us rooms but I had two senior citizens with me ( my in laws ) & it wasn’t ideal for us to have to pack up everything & move to another room. Also, there is no onsite parking. You have to find parking on the street which we weren’t informed of.

  : decent enough inside, terrible lighting and bathroom sink is clogged, but all needed amenities, if you air dropped this into a hotel with parking it would be fine, else it is a trap stay away.
  : terrible stay, our car was vandalized the first night parked right outside, the recommended paid parking recommended is a mile away, the second night we were ticketed (again right outside), every time we returned or woke up all I could worry about was the safety of my vechicle and family while outside what is definitely a more urban area of San Diego; I would never stay here again nor recommend others and shocked booking.com lists Airbnb places like this. We thought they only listed hotels and feel duped. we took no pictures except for the ones we had to give to the police to file a car broken window report. nothing else was picture worthy about this place

  : Location was great. It was very clean and had a few supplies to get us through.
  : Very austere. Needs shelves or tables or cabinet in bedrooms, bathroom and laundry room so you have a place to put things. The worst was that the only TV option was streaming through our own subscription. Some sort of local option should be provided.

  : Not a hotel, very unsafe area, felt like we were going to be carjacked upon arrival. Spent over 30 minutes on the phone just trying to get into the building. Called and the Sonders rep had no idea what was going on. No front desk, not one person on property to help. No parking, street parking only, their suggestion was to park my luxury sedan at an offsite lot blocks away!! Cold interior, very cold. Heater didn’t work. Front door lock was malfunctioning. Horrible experience.

  : I was never notified that there was no barking in the property! Traveling with small children made it very difficult to find parking in the evenings or anytime for that matter.
  : Nooo parking and the neighbor across from us was rude and kept putting his trash in front of our door as if IDK but extremely annoying
