: The bed was comfortable. Entertainment selection on TV had good options if you log into your accounts, but just the typical channels.. Wifi was fairly decent, not too slow but good enough.
: - Parking: Super limited. Sign says "towing enforced" which wasn't. Need to be there super early before night time to find a good space. We literally had to park right next to the hotel entrance which wasn't a parking spot, but there was NO WHERE to park. Not worth the $15 per night. - Room AC Unit: Couldn't control the AC unit. Room was at a comfortable temperature, but if you want it colder or warmer, good luck. It seems to be operated on motion sensor. - Plug outlets: Needs to be replaced. Weren't holding any plugs properly. - Bathroom: needs remodeling. Definitely not the bathroom shown in pictures. There was rust in the show and cracks on the baseboards.

: The room was spacious BUT not a 3.5 star. The bathroom ceiling was missing parts of the ceiling, paint was chipped, towels were dingy, nothing was open in the hotel even though most of SD is open and us allowed to open, spa was broken & in dangerous area

: The justification for do not cleaning the room daily was named COVID, I have been staying in many hotels in the last year, never have to say to the front desk clean my room.
: The surprise that Booking does not specify in the info about parking that costs daily $15.00. There is plenty of space to park on the street, the area is very much visible with homeless people, dificult to preview if the car is safe there, specially a car that calls the attention. Besides there is a Nude Night Club, very close by the patrons might feel tempted to a nice looking car. The cost of car parking at this hotel is unacceptable, dont they know whats the neighborhood?

: Booked a room with a king bed online, upon arrival they told me they ran out and upgraded me to a room with 2 queen beds which didn't feel like an upgrade at all.
