  : Great views, location, and very clean. Beautiful grounds and landscape. Room itself is very nice but doesn't overcome thin ceilings.
  : I travel a lot and have stayed here about 10 times over the years. Really thin ceilings!! Poor construction. Can hear people walk above, toilet flush, coughing and talking. Stayed in room 572 by exit door and heard that exit door slam open all night. Also, the room doors slam shut every time people go in and out, because of this I was woke up throughout the night, awful night sleep and I had a very important morning to be rested for. Could not reach front desk or guest service to get earplugs. Management/staff did not care. - Spring matress not great. - Kids take over pools along with outside boat traffic who are allowed to use the pools.- Bathroom door designed to stay closed and there is no fan or ventilation. Not ideal for double room. Room cost- 289$ w tax/ plus 20$ for parking.

  : The staff was wonderful. The location is great and we prefer it as it far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Downtown.
  : We have stayed here a few times and have always loved it. Overall I would give it the highest rating. This time, however there were a couple of things I didn't care for. The ledges in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. There was a scrunchy rubber band in a corner, so obviously missed by a vacuum cleaner and the water in the shower backed up. I would hesitate to stay here again. It just seemed like the housekeeping crew were in a hurry to get through.

  : The location was FABULOUS! We had a Marina view which we loved. It seemed quieter than the bay view. The Grill had a terrific bartender/waiter that we saw twice and he was most accommodating when we weren't sure if they were open or not. Very helpful and welcoming. The food was good, the pool area was beautiful. We also happened to be across the street from the whale watching excursion meet-up location we booked. Didn't even know that when we made the reservation, so what a bonus! Beautiful hotel. Would definitely return!
  : Our room was at the end of the hallway and we got some noise from the door to the stairway closing loudly. Our neighbors were a family that were also a bit noisy in the hallway, but they were very nice about it. Families are often noisy when they're having fun!
