  : I didnt like it at all it is very dirty. The first night we checked in at midnight. When we entered the room it was filthy the carpet had big stains so we went back and requested another room and the same thing carpet dirty we were just so tired went to sleep. The next night we came in and when we pulled the sheets off the bed we found a bed bug crawling and the towels were stained and ripped. I took pictures and video of the bed with the bed bug crawling so we asked the receptionist to go to the room and see it with her own eyes I told her we dont want to stay there and that we wanted our money back and she said we had to contact booking. com!!!! we gave her the key and she said it will take like 3 to 4 days to see it on my credit card statement.

  : We drove to San Carlos to visit our children and grandchildren. We needed a place to sleep, shower, and read before bedtime. The Inn is simple, clean, and has a comfortable bed, a microwave (evening tea!) and fridge (morning juice.) We needed nothing more. We felt it was well cleaned before our arrival. I called at the last minute to see if we could cone a day earlier, increasing our stay to four nights, and there was no problem. We will stay here again.

  : I wish them luck but this stay our bed was missing a sheet and it took a long time knocking on the door to get management's attention.
