  : Food left in fridge from a previous stay. No toiletries. ZERO toilet paper. Took 2+ hours to have some brought to the room. Blanket was placed under the top sheet--probably to hide the cigarette burns. AND there were ROACHES. I killed 7 or 8. Who knows how many more were hiding. Oh! And the towels were thin, didn't smell fresh and a few had dull black stains (I thought maybe mold that was washed unsuccessfully)...I used as bathroom rugs as there weren't rugs either. Burned out light bulbs.

  : From looking at the sheets you could tell they were old . When I went to check out they stated that there was a stain on their sheets which was already there . Then I had forgotten one of my duffel bags in the room when I went walked Back around the corner to get my bag it was already gone and the only person that was in there besides myself was the one person that went in to check the room which was very rude and seemed like she brought her problems from home to work and decided to take it out on the guests . Please do not go here the staff will steal your belongings keep your deposit and plus I even fixing their toilet for them because no one would come fix the damn thing. . Save your money and your valuable belongings go elsewhere and be safe . Thank you and God bless. Respectfully.C M Del Valle

  : The only good part is that it is close to Lackland AFB. The cleaning lady was nice too.
  : The front desk person was super rude! Half the lights were not working. An inch gap under the door was letting hot air in. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting. One of the beds has dirty sheets with HAIR!!! The towels were dirty and had holes in them. The curtains on the window had either glue or sheetrock plaster all over them. Walls were dirty. I had to ask for a different room and at that point had the replacement key thrown at me. Just absolutely horrible!
