  : The wow factor on the drive up was great. Spa was very nice.
  : Mold found in the shower in the corners, the fixtures above the sink had rust, found mysterious black markings on the runner board, frayed/torn curtains. Was not told ahead of time that housekeeping services were not available so trash piled up in our room since we were expecting them to take it at some point. Never received new towels as well. When I came downstairs to ask for two coffee mugs, I was given them with hesitation and asked to bring them back downstairs promptly after using them and then the following day told I can keep them in my room BY THE SAME PERSON.Before checkout, I came down to ask for an extra laundry bag but was told by the front desk that they did not have any so gave me some small plastic bags instead. As I was walking away, I opened one to realize that the size of an ice bag liner. When I told them this wouldn’t hold anything, they proceeded to give me small trash bag instead. As we were leaving the floor, housekeeping had laundry bags. For such an expensive hotel it seems that the bottom line is all that matters here. Nice drive-up to the property and a couple of nice people in the cafe, but with the cut corners it created a not so nice overall atmosphere. I had a lot of hopes for a 4-star hotel and I was completely disappointed on how they missed the mark.
