  : Location is nice being next to walmart and gas station. Room was very clean and staff are very pleasant.
  : Check out and Lots of noise. It is right off sherwood a main road at night was lots of red light to red light loud cars and some guest appear to be living there and can be bit loud in the parking area. Check out is also very annoying. You must pit 40 dollars cash down for deposit and a employee must check your room before you get it back and can leave.

  : people who do not belong there and customers who the owner is charging 50-70.00$ is passing over dollars for buckles and dimes.they are scaring swaying good paying customers.if I hadn’t booked with booking, I would have canceled and found something more safe.

  : the staff was great!
  : Fresh Blood all over the steps when we were going to our room that led to another room. Informed the Front desk about the blood and when we got back from getting gas it was cleaned up. Turned on the shower and the unit came off in the tube. There was no shower. The remote control to the TV didn’t work. At 9:30 pm 2 police units were outside. At 1:30 am I couldn’t take it any more so I had to go outside and ask the people down from us to turn their rap music down. he was nice and turned it down. I have checked on our truck many tines and hope it doesn’t get broken into. Thus is a bad bad area. I dont have a peace of mind and worry about our safely because off the blood, loud people, music and everything going on outside. Called the office 3 times at 6:30pm about the shower and to asked where the ice machine was (didn’t find it) and never got an answer, left a message and never got a return call. There was only one washing machine that worked. My husband is 6 ft and he had to get in the chair to stand on the table to turn on the A/C unit. Only 2 plugs in the whole room, one had a surge plug with the TV, microwave and freg plugged into it and the other only had one plug working. No plug in the bathroom to use to blow dry my hair. Thank goodness I brought my dryer because they didn’t have one. so its 1:39 am. and I pray for morning to come so I can get out of here and NEVER come back!! I would have asked for my money bad and went somewhere else but there was a no refund policy. It makes me wonder if I ever want to book on line again.
