Disappointing

  : viesw, space, being on the resort
  : condition of villa and entire building. tv didn't work in bedroom, coffee pot not working properly, furnishings in some areas needed replacing, cleanliness especially in kitchen was poor, condensation problem from vent going into kitchen, dryer not working properly. don't know why the property allows the building to run down like it has. the king and prince itself has always been a premier place and i was saddened to see how much work needs to be done to the exterior. the cleaning fee was large and felt like cleaning company just wiped down could not have spent more than an hour on cleaning.

  : Very good at Echo restaurant and the Cottage coffee shop which gives a 50 % discount on their gift shop items if you are staying there for a wedding which we were.
  : The unit had lots wrong w it. See my file. Ive asked for a partial refund. Can you help w that?
