: Front desk manager was very pleasant and helpful. Check in was easy, properly is just the right size and perfect location. The room was clean and air conditioner worked well. The pool was relaxing, never crowded. Highly recommend this property!

: For us it was nice close to beach i think it is nice not to be in the middle of towns and be on the out scrit
: The pool i didn't use but I thought if it was a bit more private it seemed to next to the main road the fence seemed not tall enough

: The pool, but the host that checked us in was rude and we made that clear to the next employee that took her shift.
: The host was very Rude/ the room had no toilet paper/ and we had only (1) wash cloths and 2 bath towels. And (1) dirty towel left in the tub.

: Being on the first floor.
: I requested an early check in, that wasn't confirmed, however, regular check-in is 3pm. It took until 4:30pm to get my room ready when I checked in at 2:30pm. Darren was incredibly rude, I have honestly never encountered such rudeness, especially when the hotel is at fault for the late check in due to their employees not cleaning. No offer of any discount, if Darren worked for me, he would be on a performance improvement plan and customer service training. Vile human! The room wasn't clean, the freezer in the fridge hadn't been defrosted in months. The mattress was disgusting.The second day of house keeping towels were simply dumped. There were no dog bags at the doggies station. Luckily, I am a responsible pet owner and had my own bags. The only pro was the room was cheap.
