  : The tv remote didn’t have batteries, had to go back and forth to the office to get them, the phone in the room didn’t work. They tried to charge my card before I even got to the place

  : The price and the food across the road.
  : The staff was horrible, there was not food for the breakfast, the hotel smelled horrible not very clean the air conditioner was leaking. Smelt like mold.

  : We did not eat breakfast. Location of the hotel was fine.
  : The exterior areas could use some straightening. Old equipment in the breezeway. Vending machine was empty. Room had a weird smell. Not necessarily bad, just weird. I could not get the shower to come on even after reading the directions. Even my husband, who used to do plumbing could not get it to come on.

  : Not one thing the owner needs to upgrade the inside of the rooms. Very dirty room, carpet and furniture which it smells terrible with smoke, also it was full of bug and black flies. We had to purchase our own bar soap and fly traps.

  : We didn’t have a blanket for the bed and they called us and said we took a blanket we didn’t have one we had to turn off air conditioner because it was chilly

  : We had just got into the room #109, after checking in, a room with an outside entry door. 2 young men in hooded sweatshirts loudly banged on the door, selling candy bars. They went down the row of doors. Then came back and glared at my husband through the window threadedly. We went to the office immediately, and said we were too uncomfortable to stay there. Noone was checking the parking lot cameras to see what was going on. My husband's first wife had been shot by 2 men in hoodies, and he was having a panic attack!!! The front desk manager was Ikhan, and he said he would remove the room charge off my Discover credit card....which didn't happen!

  : How the sink was semi clogged in the bathroom the toilet seat and the shower and tub needed to be changed out for new stuff just looked wore out.
