  : The house was clean.
: Lock box was hard to get into. The lack of tv service and wrong internet sign in and password. Had no water on Sunday before we left so no showers.

: It was so close to everything in rockaway! Very homey, comfy couch. Lots of room for a family to stay here. Only one bathroom, but the beach bathrooms are a 3 minute walk away. Loved all the books!
: Rooms are stuffy. Lots of dust up high on walls. Fridge was turned low and ruined our food. Shower had terrible water pressure. Floors uneven.

: Great location. It was a short walk to town or the beach. Lots of parking and it was a fun, quirky place to stay.
: There was not a single comfortable place to sleep. The full sized bed was wildly unsupportive and the bed frame was creaky and seemed unstable. My husband and I had to sleep separately because we were afraid it would not hold us both safely. We checked the hide-a-bed in the living room as well but it was even more unsupportive and also moldy and gross beneath the mattress. That piece of furniture definitely needs to be replaced.

: Location was good and quiet neighborehood
: There was no hdmi cord to hook DVD player to tv so kids were disappointed they could t watch movies in the evening.

: Roomy, space for family. Kitchen was convenient, everything within reach. Nice fenced back yard for our little dog. close to the beach, a short walk to sand and to the market.
: Quirky beach houses are the norm but light switches were hard to find. Like having to walk through the dark bedroom to get to the light switch on the opposite wall. And the bathroom being accessible through the laundry room
