: The staff was wonderful in resolving the problem we experienced
: We had issue with the room. The toilet was not functioning correctly . They were unable to fix it. Fortunately they had another room they could provide. Also, the automatic shade would not retract. This was a handicap room and all items should have been in working order. The common areas could have been cleaner.

: Room was large, but I paid a ton so that was understandable... staff was extremely helpful
: Elevator was broken on first floor, we had to take steps to second floor to catch elevator the rest of the way to fourth floor.... this was a small inconvenience, there were drops of blood in stairwell, that was pretty nasty

: Breakfast selection was extremely sparse. Never visited a hotel with so few selections.Points were deducted for this.
