  : THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WITH HOTEL WAS THE WIFI! I WAS IN ROOM ON 4TH FLOOR AND I WAS THERE 3 DAYS AND NEVER COULD GET CONNECTED TO TH E WIFI! WHICHED REALLY SUCKED SINCE I HAD BUSINESS STUFF TO DO ON LAPTOP BUT NEVER COULD GET. INCLUDING MY CREW

  : Parking is limited by the doors. Several doors are not functioning. There is one in the front and one on the side. Keys only worked half the time. Hair and dirt all over the room. TV remote didn’t work properly even after requesting new batteries. No one was available to fix or look at it. Hotel is not quite a year old and signs of poor quality is showing. Toilet paper holder broken. New sticker on tub residue still there with hair and dirt. They offered to switch rooms after I cleaned up hair of it since it was late and a very short trip, only in town for a death in the family. Overall not a great experience but not a lot to choose from in Richmond.
