  : Staff were very nice. The elevator was down and they called to make sure we still wanted to stay there. They even gave us a room on the 2nd floor so we didn't have to go up too many stairs. Breakfast was good. The room was a decent size with refrigerator and microwave. We were able to park right outside our window.
  : It had the softest bed I ever had in a hotel room, which was not good for my back. It squished way down when you sat on it. The charging plugs didn't work on one side.of the bed. There was a loud door squeaking sound that went off about every 25 minutes. Luckily my noise machine drowned most of it out. If you are traveling from the south it is almost impossible to travel over three lanes in one block to turn at the light that goes into the hotel. We had to drive a mile down the road to turn around. Also it seemed overpriced at almost $200 a night.

  : The room was very clean and everything was comfortable. I was really impressed that the free breakfast had hot food - bacon, waffles, eggs, pastries etc! Usually you get some cold fruit and a granola bar or something like that LOL!.
  : 2 small things - the elevator was broken. we stayed on the 2nd floor and were able to enter through the back so only had to use the stairs to go down for breakfast so it wasn't much of an issue.Also, the note in my room said they had complimentary toiletries. I forgot my toothbrush so went to ask for one but they didn't have any. VERY VERY SMALL THINGS......

  : Clean and comfortable facilities. My compliments to Dzenka and Maria whom prepared and served breakfast, they were attentive and kept all breakfast items warm/cold and available.
  : The elevator broke down two days ayer our. Five day stay. We were on the third floor and this became uncomfortable for my elderly mother. Especially on check out day when we had to haul down our luggage down three flights of stairs. The night before we checked out there was a truck that was stolen with their belongings and were left stranded at the hotel. The night staff had their car parked in the drop off area of the parking va lot and this blocked their visibility making it easier for the thieves to break in and steal a truck that was parked right in front of the lobby! The staff also mentioned that cars being broke in and stolen had become a common occurrence.
