  : Room was nice and clean. Location was good.
  : My only complaint was the pillows so all in all it was a great place to stay.

  : The room was some what clean, there was garbage on the floor near the garbage can. The shower had mold on the ceiling, we had one bath towel to share between my wife and I. The shampoo bottle was empty............

  : Room was nicely clean and bed was comfortable. Location was quiet and seemed secure, TV was nice.
  : Room 23 was very small and the room door was really hard to open...almost too small for two queen beds but it was doable.

  : Update: six weeks later, and still no-one at the property has had the courtesy to reply to me, either via Booking.com or email.In my opinion, it would be safest to avoid booking with this property at all costs. I made a booking to stay one week ago, informing the property at the time that I would be arriving between 2300-0000 - a request they okayed at the time.On turning up at the property, the reception was locked, and there was absolutely no-one present to issue me with a key. I waited, knocking on doors and windows for around 20-30 minutes, before it became apparent there would be noone to help me. I also called their phone, which went unanswered (and their voice mailbox was full). I also sent three messages to the property asking for help, all of which have still gone answered, more than a week later.This property is in a very small place, and alternative options nearby are not plentiful, to say the very least. Finding myself with no bed for the night, after midnight, was extremely stressful to say the very least.A week on, I am still waiting for any contact whatsoever from the property, and Booking.com have not obtained any resolution for me from them either.To reiterate - they proved completely untrustworthy in my case, leaving me stranded. I would avoid at all costs. At the time of writing, they have still not contacted me concerning the matter at all.Update: a week later, and still no communication from the property.Update: a month later, and still no one has had the courtesy even to contact me about this matter (let alone suggest a resolution).

  : The wind chills were -30 when we arrived. The heat in the room was off and it was cold. Took a full day to warm it up. We only had one chair in the room for the 2 of us.

  : Room didn't have much heat. I slept in pajama pants, a hooded sweatshirt and socks and still couldn't keep warm. Had a draft from the door all night. Snow blew in under the door. Had a coffee maker but no cups.

  : I arrived at 5:05 pm and was told room wasn’t cleaned yet (2pm checkin time) Fine. It got away from them and I can certainly wait a few minutes. They gave me the key, and I moved the car to in front of the door. The wife (?) goes in and starts sweeping, and one of her young sons brings a folded stack of sheets and sets them on bed #1 right inside the door, and jumps up on the bed with his shoes….not great but I can live w it…we all know what to expect w the coverlets. Wife continues to sweep, brings out bathroom trash, another son brings in paper cups (nice to see…a family working together) Then the kid on the bed picks the folded sheets back up, comes out the door and heads back to the office with them. Sooo….bed not changed? No one takes dirty sheets off a bed and neatly folds and stacks them to carry them 20 feet to the laundry. I go inside, check out bed #2 (the one away from the door) and yes, wrinkled, slept in bed with hair. I’ll sleep in the other bed thank you. Pull back the coverlet on that one and discover no blanket….if you want to stay warm you use the dirty coverlet or nothing. I slept in my clothes with an emergency blanket (4x6’) from the car….after I found a washcloth in the bathroom that looked like it was used to clean shoes. Nonetheless, it’s a popular place. Lots of tradesman stay here…they smoke and drink just out front till about 9pm and then when their buddy arrives drunk at 11:30, they let him in after he screams for 10 minutes about how he forgot his keys. (To be fair, he only banged the window and door for about 5 minutes.)
