  : It was a place to lay my head.
  : Receptionist was rude, vague, and I don’t think he knew what was going on. When I checked in he asked for my card and swiped it. I asked him what he swiped it for and he said the room. I said yes but for how much? He wouldn’t say at first. Then he said $144 and then later said $148. It was supposed to be $140. I don’t care about the extra $8 but it was the fact he couldn’t or wouldn’t answer my question. There was trash all over the hotel from the staircase, elevator, and just laying around the lobby. The elevator is old and dirty. It also has some sort of malfunction at floor 2. I decided to take the stairs the rest of my stay. Pictures of the rooms are misleading. Very old inside with new furniture thrown inside. House keeping doesn’t do a good job as there was trash behind the pillows. The door handle to the bathroom was broken and I got locked inside the bathroom and could t get out. My friend had to mess with the handle from the outside to get me out. I would not stay there again.

  : The spacious room was the highlight along with the balcony.
  : When we first arrived, the receptionist was very rude. I made a few phone calls before and from the calls, I expected them to be rude but the receptionist the next day definitely made it better.

  : they canceled me out even though we called. rooms were sold out. We traveled all the way from Texas 29 hrs on rd. told them we’ll be arriving late. when we arrive at 2:00am no room, have to go find some place for my family! we were upset & very tired. had an early morning meeting.

  : I liked that they had a restaurant...but didn't have a chance to try itArrived around 9pm...our room was clean...ish! Betting was clean but very wrinkled ...pillows were some form of inflatable which served no purpose after air pushed out. Water in shower didn't drain I out unless you have time to wait...all seems and corners were disgusting...suppose to be a very nice hotel and only thing I like was that I left it..

  : The breakfast was excellent but the service for room was terrible. The 1st night we were told we had to ask front desk that we wanted room clean. The next two days we ask for room to be cleaned and it wasn’t. They told us it would be done but was never cleaned. Dirty towels along with garbage stayed in the room for entire stay. Had to go to front desk to retrieve towels and we ask about cleaning of room but all they gave were excuses and no explanation. It was horrible.

  : It was close to the event we were attending.
  : We book at certain room with a confirmed arrival, room was not ready then were given a room that was not was reserved. Told by Elizabeth if we did not like it we could leave. Coffee pot missing components, no soap, shampoo, no blow dryer in the room. Sad when you pay that kind of money to be treated this way. Spoiled us on North Carolina right off the bat.
