: The staff was pleasant and helpful including Wes and other staff at the front desk and the gentlemen who would check to see if I needed anything in the morning. The room was comfortable with a comfortable bed. The coffee maker was working the 1st day and when I couldn't get the Keurig to do the same, they simply replaced it. Darkening curtains, quiet room, I didn't hear neighbors. I enjoyed using the pool. I did not use the beach area as my hotel was across the street and I spent most of my time in town and at Herring Cove. We were able to walk to center of town.
: Bringing suitcases up 2 flights of stairs due to injury , but that cannot be changed and presents a problem other places.

: The room was a bit on the small side for 3 people and a bit outdated. Could certainly do with a refresh. However, we had a lovely view over the beach so and the pool was great for my daughter.
: The decor was a bit sad and could do with a freshen up. The room entrance door wasn't a great impression but what was behind it was fine.

: We love the pool and being on the beach! The shower is luxurious- great water pressure and hot water never runs out! The staff is aMAZing!!! Friendly, courteous, totally accommodating! Always working to keep things right! And pet friendly! Excellent bed mattress- super supportive.
: Elevator is slow and could be updated. Poop bags ran out but not sure it is hotel or town responsibility.
