: Hard to check in as there is NO ONE working there at all times, the 2nd day my key card didn't work and I had to call the emergency phone line. They asked me to wait 2 hours in the rain for someone to come unlock my room. When the person got there, they didn't even say sorry for any inconvenience The rooms smelled and was not comfortable at all

: Location was good, right at a train stop. Room was clean and comfy. Amenities were lacking. Didnt received code for check in. TV never worked, even after waiting 18 hours for service repair, coffee for one morning but not second morning, soap in bathroom didnt work. Overall, a lot of shine but no sparkle.

: The property itself is a nice area with interesting enough rooms but that's all it has going for itself
: Management tried to charge $50 for dirty towels and bed sheets after a 5 day stay with no room service provided. I fought this and they later acknowledged that "stains" washed out normally. After looking deeper this seems to be a common tactic they pull on people, many tripadvisor reviews and a few (now deleted?) google reviews have a similar story as well. The property also denied having the One bed, one living area, one bathroom, suite I booked through booking dot com, and refused to accommodate it. They also claimed to only have listings for one room studios but this isn't true. The hotel almost never has any staff on location, if anything comes up you need to email or call. I also don't recall seeing room service tending to any rooms in the entirety of my 5 day stay.
