  : low water pressure. water wasnt hot enough to fill up bath tub without it turning cold. workmanship of paint and tile in apartment looked rushed and sloppy

  : Excellent location and pet-friendly are huge positives. The beds, rooms, and facilities are well maintained. Size of rooms and unit was great!
  : Multi-unit building with thin walls so sound was an issue. The grills were rickety and seemed about to fall apart. The pool was smaller than the images would lead you to believe. No display of accepted community standards (quiet time, unattended children in pool). The area outside of the unit was the only Hose that the entire units folks used for washing pets, feet, beach gear. The floor would truly become (and dangerously) slippery when wet.
