  : Location was superb. Apartment was spacious. Most needed items were supplied. Check in instructions were easily followed, including pictures of entry doors. Beds and pillows were amazing.
  : A bit disappointed in lack of response to report of a broken desk chair. We got an apology but still had to deal with it for a week. While all dishes and pans were supplied, salt, pepper and nonstick spray would have been useful. Long dark hairs were left in bathroom sink when we checked in and several spots on couch and wall could use touched up.

  : air conditioner was very noise, sheets were beaded up and felt like we were sleeping on sand, elevator didn’t work half the time.

  : The bed was comfortable due to a mattress topper. The host was very responsive when I had an issue.
  : The parking was limited. They only allowed me to park of 1st floor of parking garage or on street. Very few spots available. This made my stay stressful. I don’t know why StaysOvr don’t offer an assigned spot for their guests. The parking spots on the street are also very limited.

  : Rooms were clean. Host responded promptly. Apartment is close to Legacy West.
  : The booking advertised 2 king beds in the 2 bedroom apartment; however, each apartment only had 1 king and 1 full sized bed. I was extremely disappointed to be misled on the room descriptions. To get into the rooms, one apartment was left completely unlocked with keys on a shelf inside. That was extremely odd. The host also asked for my ID and a selfie to be texted or emailed to them - extremely unprofessional and made me wonder about identity theft possibilities. Additionally, the host did not leave pool wristbands for each guest and parking was extremely hard to find at times.
