: The room was nice and clean.
: The receptionist was so rude! She wasn’t able to find my reservation even though I presented my ID and provided my contact information. I showed her the confirmation email I received that morning from the hotel, and she kept telling me that I have no reservation at that property. I don’t even want to describe the way she was looking at me …I had to go through my emails and find the initial confirmation email to convince her to check their system again. After all of these she just simply informed me that she was looking for my last name and that was the reason my name was not popped up. Hopefully someone will explain to this individual that people have first and last names and she should verify a reservation using either name so she doesn’t not ruin someone else’s evening like she ruined mine.
