  : Location was phenomenal! Parking garage is nearby. A great range of restaurants. Getting in and out of property was easy. The space within the apartment was a good size. Response from Booking.com when requested additional items (pillow cases, kitchen towel) was quick.
  : There was only one set of keys available which made for some juggling when my husband and I had different schedules. The cleanliness of the apartment could have been better. I wear slipper socks and the soles were pretty grey when we left. We moved a small sofa back because it was too close to the TV and was disappointed to see candies and other bits of trash under there. The pots/pans were all rusted. The Keurig coffee machine needs to be replaced as it was difficult to get the coffee pod pierced. The light and fan over the stove didn't work. The shower handle felt like it was going to fall off. There were 0 pillow cases available for the extra pillows..... All these little things added up to irritations. The location is great. The price is acceptable. But I would look for another place before booking here again.

  : Apartment was neat and clean. Instructions were clear.
  : Air conditioner was extremely loud and next to the bedroom. Bed was on a cheap metal frame that squeaked whenever someone moved. It was impossible to get a decent night’s sleep.

  : The location was both excellent and a problem. Loved the convenience and loved being downtown. The problem is the noise. Being downtown with the bars, etc. you will get noise past 2 in the morning on weekends. Horrible nights' sleep in part because of it. But, getting in was a breeze - directions were awesome. Loved the living area and kitchen.
  : The bed frame squeaks horribly. While the outside noise was horrid, the squeaking also kept us up. PLEASE fix the frame. I believe it emanates from the lower left foot close to the window. Only other slight problem was the fire alarm went off briefly in the bathroom only. It was a random occurrence that happened only one time and it was not due to the shower being on (steam) or anything like that.
