: Great location and the roof top pool
: The bathroom was no cleaned properly and we were missing toiletries like body wash and shampoo . We requested them on Wednesday night when we realized there was none and they have not been delivered till 6 am on Thursday morning. We were told it was due to housekeeping not being available on site.

: The hotel is located very well, right in the heart of the city center and at walking-distance of all the major attractions.
: However, upon our first evening in the hotel, my husband spotted a cockroach in our room and shortly after that another one. He immediately went down to reception and after a rather shallow response as if it was the most normal thing in the world, they said they would come up to our room shortly. After 30 minutes, no one had come to our room and we decided to pack our things and go. We already didn't feel like staying, but their respons just showed a total lack of seriousness and service.As soon as we arrived at reception, the receptionist looked surprised but also immediately said he would get the manager. We checked out and were told they would contact the third-party, Booking, for a full refund. A month later, we still hadn't received any news about our refund, so I reached out to Booking myself. Fortunately, they were super responsive and took care of the matter right away, getting us our money back within a week. But the hotel itself had, thus, not reached out to Booking to get us a refund, so they were clearly hoping we would leave it at that.We had never experienced something like this, let alone in a 4-star hotel and it has left us with a bitter aftertaste. Even though the hotel scores well overall, we would not recommend it.
