: We liked the location and cleanliness of the place.
: THERE IS NO DETACHED A/C UNIT LIKE ADVERTISED! We specifically chose this place because it said there would be a separate AC unit available. We were staying during the summer so this was a must for us. There's NOT. When we contacted management they literally never got back to us!! The ONLY reason we were okay is that it happened to be really bad weather when we were there and the cooler weather kept it manageable. If it would have been the normal summer temperatures we would have been absolutely MISERABLE. So don't stay here during the summer unless you want to die of heat. The fact that management never got back to us was beyond frustrating because we called multiple times, even texted the number they had been responding from about checking in etc. but then no response after we needed help. We then called Priceline to get help, and they said they would contact the owners about the A/C unit to see where it was (it was listed that it was in one of the closets, which it wasn't) - AGAIN, we never heard back! Also the pool was advertised to open at 10am during the summer months. Nobody opened it until 5 PM everyday we were there - which left our kids super disappointed and bored during the afternoons we had planned on swimming and we had to make other plans. The place was clean and nice, and we love the location. It's not the owners or the unit itself that we had an issue with, it's who they have managing it which is Vacasa. Go ahead and do a quick Google search and you'll see the hundreds of 1 star reviews that company has. Don't plan on getting any help if there's something wrong with the place you're staying at if it's managed by them.
