: The Bear Hollow community is well maintained and pet friendly
: This unit was very small. The only bathroom in the lower level bedroom was inconvenient. This unit did not have AC or even a box fan during a very hot period

: The kitchen had kitchenette. We enjoyed the fireplace. It was awesome that the townhome had a bedroom downstairs. Big and spacious bathtub. Very beautiful and quite in the neighborhood.
: Our bathtub had a toilet paper in it. Also, very disappointing that the time to leave is 10 a.m. it is way to early. We messaged Vacasa to ask a question and they replied very late. The facilities are great but the customer service of Vacasa is not. Hope to see some changes!

: location was fantastic to be near Park City and Kimball Junction. Free Wi-Fi was a plus and a washer and dryer being in the unit.
: the hot tub and pool were unavailable without any notice which is why we selected this location was for those amenities. The neighbors upstairs were noisy and practicing their saxophone during the designated quiet hours. The bath tub was broken and would drain while bathing.

: The location was perfect for us. Check in was easy and the communication about the property was plentiful. Great to have a washer and dryer in the unit!
: It was not as clean as I would have liked. The apartment's box fan was broken and Vacasa was not very responsive about how to remedy this. I had to repeatedly follow-up. There were soaps in the kitchen but no linens. I went and bought some because all there was, was a cheap roll of paper towel. Bed wasn't especially comfortable, but the linens were nice! I've never been in an apartment with no clock in the bedroom or the adjacent bathroom. Having said all that, I would still stay here again.

: Very dated. The dining stools were falling apart and unsafe to sit on. Limited clothes storage and it too was falling apart.
