  : View was great. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils. Rooms were a good size. Comfortably accommodated a family of 7.
  : Firstly we got stuck on the non-conditioned elevator with our 2 children for 45 min and the only reason we made it out was because somebody on the 16th floor heard us banging on the door and pressing the emergency button over and over again who then alerted security who then alerted the fire department. There are no emergency phones or call button inside of the elevator so thank God for whoever it was on the 16th floor that alerted security because who knows how long we would have been stuck. Theres onviously no cell service inside the elevator. Serious safety concern. Was extremely stressful on our children and us. Supposedly the property manager is to contact us but i haven't heard from them yet. This happened last night at around 8:30 pm. Less important, but Room was not properly cleaned and the only reason i can confirm that is because there was literally a whole raw chicken breast along with other rotten foods that stunk REALLY BAD and also clogging the kitchen sink so i spent the first 20 minutes of our vacation plunging the sink full of rotten food that the cleaning crew could have easily done. Also, just to insult to injury there are alot of weird things about this place that were inconvenient that I wish I would have been made aware of before our arrival. We have a small 7.5 x 5 sun ninja we usually set up for the kids so they can take breaks and we like to put it close by so it's not such a hassle for us all but youre not allowed to put any sort of tent in front of the paid-for chairs that cover the entire beachfront located right in back of the hotel. So you literally have to walk a good solid but in order to have your tent beach front, otherwise you have to place them behind empty chairs that sometimes sit there all day even if they are vacant. BUT they allow clusters of huge umbrellas to go in front of the chairs.. some of them were bugger than our set-up.
